Could you spare some time to help the Southend Musical Festival?

Stewards have specific duties at the Festival, in summary:
Reception - Welcomes Competitors and checks them in
Tickets - Sells admission tickets and Programmes
Refreshments - Sells hot/cold drinks and biscuits/sweets
Door - Controls the entry, seating and exit of attendees
Numbers - Announces classes and competitors and displays their numbers
Adjudicator’s Clerk - Assists the Adjudicator with paperwork, procedure, timing of classes etc; records marks
Recorder - Logs marks in official Programme, prepares certificates for presentation to competitors
Don’t worry – you would be fully briefed before taking on any duty!
There are several other positions which need to be covered, not all of which require you to be present at the Festival itself. We would welcome any offer of help, however much time you have to spare.
The Festival runs for two weeks during the second half of November; there are usually three 3-hour sessions a day (morning, afternoon, evening), from Monday – Saturday, and on the middle Sunday.
